This Beijing project delivered 3,000 m² of clean space for a biopharmaceutical client in 2023. The brief called for ISO 8 conditions across a large area, with zoning that could be assembled efficiently within the existing site. A site-assembled modular cleanroom was selected to organize the space around the client's operating requirements. The package combined cleanroom wall panels and cleanroom ceiling systems with HVAC, filtration, lighting, electrical services, automation, and monitoring. Coordinating these elements as one scope helped define the interfaces between rooms and services before installation. On-site assembly was followed by commissioning and validation work. The recorded delivery period was six months. This case illustrates how the SAC approach can address a large biopharmaceutical footprint while keeping the enclosure, environmental systems, and site work aligned. The published information does not identify the client or disclose process-specific details.
Create approximately 3,000 m² of ISO 8 biopharmaceutical clean space with large-area zoning and efficient site assembly.
A site-assembled SAC modular cleanroom was delivered for approximately 3,000 m² of ISO 8 biopharmaceutical space in Beijing.
The project package was coordinated as a complete system, keeping architectural, mechanical and controls interfaces aligned from design through qualification.
