Completed in Kunshan, China, in 2020, this project covered approximately 5,000 m² of ISO 7 clean space for semiconductor operations. The brief required particle control, coordination with production equipment, and maintainable access across a large footprint. SAC modular cleanroom construction allowed the enclosure to be assembled at the site around those requirements. The scope combined walls and cleanroom ceiling systems with HVAC and filtration, lighting, electrical services, automation, and monitoring. On-site assembly, commissioning, and validation were also included. The recorded delivery period was eight months, reflecting the scale stated in the project record rather than a general lead-time promise. This semiconductor clean room case illustrates the use of a site-assembled approach for a substantial industrial facility. The public description protects the client's identity and does not publish equipment layouts, process technology, or measured operating data.
Create approximately 5,000 m² of ISO 7 semiconductor clean space with particle control, equipment coordination and maintainable access.
A large site-assembled SAC modular cleanroom provided approximately 5,000 m² of ISO 7 space for semiconductor operations in Kunshan.
The project package was coordinated as a complete system, keeping architectural, mechanical and controls interfaces aligned from design through qualification.
