Completed in Changchun, China, in 2025, this 130 m² SAC project created controlled space for injection molding operations. The brief included ISO 7 and ISO 8 areas, requiring the enclosure and environmental systems to support two cleanliness zones within a compact industrial layout. A modular cleanroom was assembled on site using cleanroom wall panels and cleanroom ceiling systems coordinated with the equipment arrangement. The delivery package also included HVAC and filtration for the classified zones, lighting, electrical services, automation, and monitoring. On-site assembly was followed by commissioning and validation during the three-month delivery period. This case illustrates how SAC can adapt to an injection molding facility where room boundaries and service connections must follow the production layout.
