Delivered in China in 2022, this 30 m² project created an ISO 8 environment for biopharmaceutical research. The client needed a compact laboratory that could be prepared before shipment, transported, and connected quickly at its destination. Wonclean used a PAC modular laboratory format, bringing the enclosure and key building services together as a pre-assembled package. The scope covered the walls and ceiling, HVAC and filtration, lighting and electrical systems, automation, monitoring, installation, commissioning, and validation. As a prefabricated cleanroom solution, the unit concentrated more work before arrival on site than a conventional room-by-room build. The one-month delivery period reflects the small footprint and the selected PAC configuration. This portable laboratory example is relevant where a research team needs a defined clean environment but has limited space or a short implementation window.
